Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Faithful Heart Co. We want you to love what you receive, and we will make it right if something is wrong.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please email us within 30 days of delivery at faithfulheartco@gmail.com. Tell us your order number and what happened, and a photo helps if something arrived damaged. We will offer a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.

For other returns, unused items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Please email us first for return instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.

Digital files, such as printable downloads and ebooks, are nonrefundable once downloaded. If a file is defective or you cannot open it, email us and we will fix it or refund it.
